Villa Chocolat is designed by Stephan Remini. He created the decoration as well, to show a unique line in furniture. Villa Chocolat offers spacious open living areas of 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space, 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms of 37 m2 + 1 master bedroom of 60 m2), two swimming pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen, living room area 200 m2.
